Annette is a qualified Executive Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer facilitator.   She has extensive experience of leadership and management models and the use of psychometrics including Insights and MBTI.  She believes that in order for organisations to be successful, teams have to work together. To do this they have to have self-awareness and be able to connect with others in different ways.  Her work has taken her into several sectors and new business environments including healthcare, the National Blood Service, NHS, aerospace and the steel industry to name a few. These all bring a wealth of experience of what works in different environments.
